Ionizing Solutions SIMCO offers a variety of Ionizing Solutions to meet your needs. Ionizing Air Guns provide a concentrated flow of ionized air. Available as handheld units, guns are designed for focused cleaning and neutralization. Ionizing Air Blowers are ideal for applications such as profile extrusion, injection molding, packaging and plastic fabrication. Ionizing Air Nozzles provide high velocity ionized air for cleaning surfaces as well as blowing ionized air into hard to reach areas. In Line Ionizers are designed for installation into pneumatic conveying systems to provide static neutralization of materials prior to entering a collection vessel such as a cyclone.

Cleaners SIMCO offers an excellent line of Web Cleaners, Sheet Cleaners, and Contact Web Cleaning Systems. Vacuum Style Web Cleaning Systems incorporate a combination of static bars, cleaning brushes, air tubes, vacuum hoods and a dust collector to remove dust, dirt and particulate from web materials. Sheet Cleaning Systems provide a higher quality printed material without imperfections caused by spray powder, static and dirt.
