Basic Manual Hand Held Cap Sealer Pillar Technologies offers two variations of hand held induction sealers. Our newest, basic hand held system is only $3,795! It is lightweight, portable, seals most all sizes and styles of caps, and is more productive than any other hand held system of this type.
1kW Cap Sealers Pillar Technologies 1kW Cap Sealers come in four different configurations to meet your needs. The Unifoiler-H and Semi-Automatic models are ideal for laboratories and R&D facilities. A hand held coil could be mounted to a tabletop coil support. The Unifoiler-C can be mounted to standard coil mount for moderate volume production. The Unifoiler-U can be mounted to a stainless steel portable cart for easy mobility from line to line. The Unifoiler-UC allows for an additional 5-ft. conveyor mounted to the portable cart. The Unifoiler-UC can then be a stand-alone system.
2kW Cap Sealers Pillar Technologies 2kW Cap Sealers come in three different configurations to meet your needs. The Unifoiler-C can be mounted to standard coil mount for moderate volume production. The Unifoiler-U power supply and Universal coil can be mounted to a stainless steel portable cart for easy mobility from line to line. The Unifoiler-UC power supply and Universal coil can have an additional 5-ft. conveyor mounted to the portable cart making it a completely stand-alone system.
